Balmain Hotel does fantastic burgers.

Also, Wilhemina’s on Darling St is opening a burger place next to them this weekend. Free burgers all weekend, if anyone wants one. No doubt they’ll be awesome. Non-locals bring passport and visa pls.

Had a customised burger once in Delhi, it was the best burger I had. The patty was basically an enlarged version of Hara Bhara kebab and chutneys were used instead of sauces, it was a very Indian burger.
