*Official* Overseas Draft Thread
The draft will take place as follows:
1. A draft order will be randomly generated, and each team can sign one player per round. 2. At the end of each round, the order will be reversed for the next round. 3. Each franchise will have 6 points to spend. 4. There will be three lists of players (a total of 42) and each franchise must sign a minimum of 3 players, within their 6-point budget. 5. Teams who have agreed to pre-contract deals (ie, Nixonstown - Nixon, Upper Body - Murphy) must forfeit their third round draft pick to sign the players. Essentially, these players will be taken as third round draft picks, despite not being in the approved list. The Draft Order (for Round 1):

The same adjustment as all CW players. Players with less than 20 T20 caps will have their OD stats adjusted to arrive at T20 simming stats. So if a player has more than 20 T20 caps, you can take their career stats as indication.
