Please may I have the legend that is Brian Blessed as my celeb.
Top Choice . The other choices pale into insignificance alongside Brian Blessed! Hopefully he'll forget your name and have a background musak of midi-Flash Gordon whilst he speaks. Classy!

Guys,

Please check in with your bowling style and what hand you bat with. Ive a list but Id like to check. Also Id like you to include a suggested batting position for yourself as I value everyones input and I want to see if you are reasonable teamplayers or not :p

Also a short bio (1 or 2 lines long) would be great to get a feel for you as a cricketer

example

Name- Kev Gough
Bowl- RAF
Bat- 10/11
Bio- Despite being unable to transfer his wickettaking abilities to FC cricket, Gough is one of the most dangerous OD fast bowlers in CWLand. Often deadly with the new ball and at the death, he can sometimes lose his way in the middle overs.

International Debutant
Name- MW De Silva
Bowl- RFM
Bat- 3/4
Bio- awsome OD batsman. Likes to get on with it. hopeless FC player. :D

Global Moderator
Name Håkon Mørk (aka Hakon Mork, Haakon Mork, Haakon Moerk, Häkon Mörk, and various other diacritical variations)
Bowl - RASIS
Bat - 2/7
Bio - opening batsman who emigrated from Norway at the tender age of 14 to follow his true passion, cricket. Sticks to his Test wicket harder than Jackie McGlew. Used to find the shorter format constricting, but has blossomed in Twenty20 cricket for Yorkshire, hitting runs at an average of 64 and a strike rate of 153.

Cricketer Of The Year
Name: Nick Scott
RHB, RM (I think?)
Opening batsman.
Bio: Likes long walks on the beach, candle lit dinners and Journey. Dangerous opening batsman who hit the big time last year by getting a callup to the ODI squad (didn't play). Bowling is very average, though.

Majin

International Debutant
Name: DK Rai
RHB/LS
Opener
Bio: Was the pappest of the pap allrounders in dev league history until converting to an out and out opening bat last season and promptly did bugger all. Form seems to have turned around in the offseason though so potentially moving on to big things (like a consistent place in the team.)

Bowl - RASIS
RESP, iirc

Name Sean Bennett
Bowl - LS
Bat - RHB. God knows where.
Bio - An economical leg spinner and stodgy lower order bat in the longer form of the game. Bowling never took off in OD cricket, but instead found a niche at the top of the order, forming a potent opening partnership at CW Red with James Stedman. Has since lost form and slipped down the order. Remembers the 25Smash debacle.

pinchy81

International Vice-Captain
Name- Ryan 'Havoc' Dunn
Bowl- RM
Bat- 10/11
Bio- Hopeless at FC cricket but had a gun spell a season ago in OD which saw him selected for the CWA teeam where he played a couple of games before having a hopless season...

Was a barren spell for all of us, the great hop famine of 2007.

Awesome to have the Ruler of Rabid, Andre Nel, in our midst.

Name: 'Dangerous' Dave Richards
Bowl: Well, I think in the sim i'm SLA, but i like to chuck in a bit of LAC as well.
Bat: RHB, Lower middle order 6-8
Bio: PIdgeonholed as a first class specialist until recently, a rise in batting form has taken the pressure of the bowling, and an impressive county season has improved confidence. Likes to think of himself as an all rounder these days.

BTW here are my current T20 stats from England

This season
10 games
178 runs @ 19.78, SR 119
14 wickets @ 13.71, ER 6.51

Career(if i've calculated correctly)
20 games
349 runs@ 21.81 SR 131
19 wickets @ 25.95 ER 7.9

Had a nightmare year with the ball last year, better this year.

Raghav

International Vice-Captain
Name- SV Raghav
