The CWBCC will be starting a new initiative to educate the CW players about the history of Cricket Web cricket. We feel that by instilling some sense of appreciation for the path to the present, there will be a greater sense of passion and drive.

Introduction:

A team of misfits and amateurs, the Cricket Web XI was thrust into International cricket against South Africa, confirming the miserable sense of humour of the ICC. Very little was expected from the team, and though they ultimately lost the series, expectations were far exceeded.
