Advertising other forums
I'm sorry if this shouldn't be posted or something, but meh.
Are we allowed to create a thread somewhere advertising a forum/site we feel certain members may be interested in? I, for example, am building up an SA cricket forum (something I feel the internet lacks) - since the forum isn't really a direct competitor of cricketweb, may I advertise it via a thread somewhere? And if so, where? http://proteafans.forum.com.bz If it helps.
