On proxies

This old policy applied to proxies but obviously this applies to VPNs too. If you register an account and immediately start posting in a way too familiar way from a VPN server, goodbye. If it's a one off or occasional thing then whatever (hence why the above post was removed) but an account that only posts from VPNs or immediately posts from VPNs upon registering will be treated as a multi on sight, unless you have a really good reason like you're actually (and transparently) posting from China or Russia or what have you.
