It's usually a Infraction for a same offence occuring again and again rather than a specific post or for having some questionable links/signature/avatars etc.. in the profile.
Not sure how it works here though. Btw, why don't you have a VM wall or a profile page? |

The explanation Cevno provided is usually correct. However, in this case, the post that you were given an infraction for was deleted. The option to infract a post goes away when the post is deleted. I suppose I could've given the infraction and then deleted the post. Probably less confusing that way. Though you were given a detailed explanation on why you received the infraction.
