Ban Announcements

In an effort to avoid the sidetracking of other threads around the forum, this thread has been created for moderators to announce when a member has been banned, for how long, and for what reason. As previous discussion of bans has led to threads being locked, this thread will remain locked so that only moderators can post in it. It won't be stickied, though, and hopefully it'll get moved to the back pages pretty quickly. Please also note that in the case where members have only been banned temporarily, they will be coming back eventually and so please avoid any inappropriate discussion of their bans elsewhere on the forum.

The moderators' decisions on bans are final, but if you wish to contact us with regards to a ban, please do so either by reporting a post and detailing your issue in the report reason, or emailing us at moderators@cricketweb.net .

Streetwise has been banned permanently for continued baiting of other members, despite multiple warnings and previous bannings.

BhupinderSingh has been banned permanently for using multiple accounts, including SA, Shoiab, Shoaib1987 and Saurav Ganguly.

dontcloseyoureyes has been banned for two weeks for inappropriate and offensive posting regarding former member Fiery.

Pratters has been banned permanently for posting gratuitously inappopriate content and for creating multiple accounts.

tim_aussiefan has been banned permanently for posting inappropriately and in an offensive fashion.

Sir Alex has been banned for 6 months for continued deliberate provoking of other members, proving detrimental to forum atmosphere, and failing to adhere to prior moderator warnings.

aussie has been banned for two years for continued disruptive posting & aggressive posting, and failing to adhere to moderator warnings about what is and isn't acceptable.

irottev has been banned for two weeks for being abusive to other members.

Scaly piscine has been banned for two weeks for inflammatory posting.

GingerFurball has been banned for a week for abusive posting towards other members.

irrotev has been banned for continued baiting, abusing and inappropriate posting towards other members.

Janki Jasoos has been banned for constant trolling.

Migara has been banned for two weeks for inflammatory posting towards other members.

Ikki has been banned for a month for continued inflammatory posting towards other members despite warnings.

WindieWeathers has been banned for a year for continued posting in an antagonistic manner towards other members, and failing to adhere to past moderator instruction.

Rant0r has been banned for 7 days for continued aggressive posting despite warnings.

vicleggie has been banned for a week for continually abusing other members and avoiding the filter.

AaronK has been banned for a year for continually bringing race and nationality into discussions.
