Vijay.Sharma has been banned for three months for posting racist comments on the forum. The offending posts were in the Nasser Hussain thread, one of which has since been removed.

Daemon has been banned for one month due to posting a link to extremely horrific material, the subject of which was cannibalism. The link has been removed.

This ban has been reduced to seven days as a result of the updated infraction categories.

GeriantIsMyHero has been banned for six months for accumulating infraction points for "Continual disobedience", "Ignoring moderator instructions" and "Lack of respect for, insulting, or harassment of other members" reasons. This has seen a "Serial offender" infraction issued. We did not come at this decision lightly. As a long standing and popular member, we appreciate the value that GIMH brings to the forum. We all understood that he has very strong feelings about certain members and the moderation of the forum. Over the course of the past few weeks, many in the moderation team reached out to him to discuss our point of view. It was our hope that though we may disagree in the end, GIMH would at least respect the rules and policies of the site. Instead, he continued to break the rules and targeted and harassed members he disagreed with. After his last infraction, he asked for a voluntary 6 months ban from the site, which we denied. We did not feel it appropriate to ban someone for any length of time when they hadn’t broken any rules. Unfortunately it became clear through his communication and posts afterwards that GIMH was determined to get himself banned from the site. Since he continued to break the rules and post in a manner that was extremely detrimental to the forum atmosphere, we had no choice but to apply the infractions that have banned him for 6 months.

A note to other members: we welcome constructive feedback and if you feel strongly about any issue, please free to email us. We don’t want multiple threads across the forum to be derailed so we ask everyone to refrain from targeting any members because of this ban.

OMM! has been banned for six months for repeated trolling and baiting, hence acquiring a serial offender infraction.

Bun has been banned due to new evidence that has been obtained that he is a multi of other previously banned accounts, including SirAlex.

We appreciate that we have someone who is intent on causing a lot of trouble on the forum, and we want to let members know that we are doing everything we can to track down who this person is and identify the accounts they set up.

At the same time, our position on multi accounts remain as eloquently described by Prince EWS here and here. We do appeal to members to keep reporting their suspicions to us to continue to notify us of their suspicions either via the 'Report Post' tool, or via email, so that we can check them out, and also where possible not to react to this person and give them the attention they are so clearly after.

Darth018 has been permanently banned as we have discovered the account is a 'multi'. Unfortunately we have so far been unable to prove exactly who the account belonged to, but that it was a multi is not in dispute. It is not suspected of being related to the the Bun strain of multiple accounts in any way and we'd appreciate it if members did not speculate as to its owner.
