Depends on their role on the site, for staff members.

Moderators are suppose to moderate the forum and enforce the rules, so to break them seems a bit stupid and contradictory.

Ftr, there is one bloke atm who should be banned

TBH I just added the word moderators in so it didn't seem like I was targeting Richard. But yeah I think they can get banned, I don't think they are above the site rules.

I wasn't a mod when I got banned though.

I think if a moderator ever got banned (a temporary one, obv), that would automatically translate to them being stripped of their moderator status anyway. Staff Members is a bit of a grey area, but ultimately it's up to James...
