Depends on their role on the site, for staff members.
Moderators are suppose to moderate the forum and enforce the rules, so to break them seems a bit stupid and contradictory. Ftr, there is one bloke atm who should be banned

I think if a moderator ever got banned (a temporary one, obv), that would automatically translate to them being stripped of their moderator status anyway. Staff Members is a bit of a grey area, but ultimately it's up to James...
