No you can't view anything when you're banned. When you come to the site all that shows is your ban message.

It actually happened to me a few times. I was using the cw.net/forum/ to browse the CWXI forum as a guest as I wasn't logged in on that, and occasionally I'd go to my normal bookmark out of habit.
