how do you see how many posts someone has in a particular thread?

Trawling through the archives in a quiet afternoon in work, I noticed Fuller knew he had posted his 1000th post just in last year's Ashes thread, Pickup then produced a breakdown of who had how many posts in there, and I also remember that someone said Marc has over 2000 posts in Another game. Now these people obviously haven't counted manually, so how the hell do you find it out?

Click on the number of replies (should be blue, hyperlinked) in the thread list.
