Collymore must feel a bit unlucky, he is probably the most accurate fast bowler in the West Indies.

I'm happy for Nagamootoo.

I don't know Crandon, Fletcher, Tonge, Parchment, Dowlin, Perkins who are these guys?

West Indies obviously aren't serious about this tournament. Same sentiments I have now as I did when the squad s for the English tour was announced. Those guys need to be fired ASAP. Grrrr. And I am not happy for Nagamootoo.

Thanks to the Stanford 2020 i acctualy know who most of these players are, any chance of Kiron Pollard being given a go? He was an awesome 2020 bat from what i saw of him.

The final squad is:

Ramnaresh Sarwan (captain)
Chris Gayle
Shiv Chanderpaul
Devon Smith
Marlon Samuels
Runako Morton
Denesh Ramdin
Dwayne Bravo
Darren Sammy
Dwayne Smith
Ravi Rampaul
Daren Powell
Fidel Edwards
Narsingh Deonarine
Pedro Collins

They completely ignored the Stanford 20-20 competition basically. I am amazed that Dowlin and Pollard arent in the team but Morton, who has hardly played 20-20, finds himself going to SA. Very odd, our selectors are so awful.

No specialist spinners, just useful parttimers in Gayle, Samuels, Sarwan and Deonarine.

Can't fault the no specialist spinners but I was against the original 30 so meh...At least that should be competitive.
