Riley was fielding a failing middle order while his tail of Vaas, Bresnan and Wright kept digging him out of trouble. 'Twas decided that his batting order basically doesn't matter.
The shuffling then worked in the next game - Bres and Vaas got a 70 and a ton from 5 and 6.

It's slightly worrying how well that's actually worked, switching it round like that.
Maybe India should try that at adelaide, IMO.
Only works if you have bowlers who can bat though. So Ashwin goes to 5, but you have no-one to slot in at 6.
