Round 10 - Someone vs. Good at BJs CC

Win Toss - Bat first.

Batting & Bowling Order:
01. Matthew Hayden
02. Lahiru Thirimanne
03. Brendan Nash
04. VVS Laxman
05. AB De Villiers*
06. Thilan Samaraweera (5)
07. Zulqarnain Haider+
08. Nuwan Kulasekara (2)
09. Sachitra Senanayake (4)
10. Junaid Khan (3)
11. Glenn McGrath (1)

Other random (and probably useless) instructions:
1. Kulasekara as nightwatchman.
2. Junaid Khan and McGrath to bat defensively with others on 90% aggression when batting with them.
3. Samaraweera to be used only as a part time option.
4. Other than this, common sense approach.

V Sehwag*
HG Kuhn+
S Hasan (4)
MM Riyad (6)
RA Jadeja (5)
CR Woakes (3)
D du Preez (2)
SA Khan (1)

Win toss, bat.
Sehwag to strike at 60/100 balls, except against the spinners (bump upto regular rate).
Kuhn to bat less than aggressively.
1st inns, bat till failure.
If lead conceded is > 200, then in 2nd inns, all batsmen except Sehwag and Kuhn to bat out time. Sehwag and Kuhn to bat as in 1st inns.
When bowling, bowl very aggressively at nos 8,9,10,11.
Bowl to contain at top 7 batsmen if they're in the company of no 8 downwards.
Take Hasan's aggro up a notch evey time he picks up a wicket.

Furball's Fenoms vs whoever

Call: heads and bowl

Team:

1. CJL Rogers
2. JA Rudolph
3. OA Shah
4. MEK Hussey
5. Yuvraj Singh (6)
6. AB McDonald (3, 5)
7. JS Foster +
8. SK Warne (4)
9. DW Steyn (1)
10. Kabir Ali (2)
11. M Muralitharan (5, 3)

Instructions:

Do not declare first innings until lead is 400 or lunch day 4.
Only bowl Yuvraj in dire circumstances
Warne and especially Murali should be bowling the majority of 2nd innings overs. Steyn and Kabir should be given a lengthy new ball spell, then short sharp bursts with the older ball (although give them longer spells if they're wreacking havoc.)
McDonald should be given a reasonable spell at 1st change in the 1st innings, and used as a relief bowler in the 2nd.
