Does the database include things like the form of a batsman?

More recent performances count for a lot more if that's what you're asking.

Not exactly. I mean does the form showed in one simmed match affect another one?

Yeah. That's more to do with the simulator itself than the database though.

Ok, makes sense. Another question: If a player is a wicketkeeper but plays as a specialist batsman as well (in which case his performances with the bat are better), how does the database differentiate from the two? Does it list him as a wicketkeeper, a batsman or either depending on the selection made by the user?

    England - 3.92
    India - 1.25
(pays first innings lead on a draw)

Which puts India massively in front. It does ignore home ground advantage though and I definitely think the last two respective series would help England, but yeah, CPLDB reckons India have the much better team.

Odds for the Indian team that actually played?

Well Yuvraj has been gunning it for me so Cribb's database was obviously seriously flawed, not that I'm complaining.

Brendan Nash has been shockingly good as well. No idea why.

Well 'gunning it' as a batsman for your side means scoring in double digits once every three matches...

(then again when Murali has a bowling average of one quintillionth it hardly matters)

    tbh
Every 5 years we have an election and have to decide who are the least obnoxious out of all the men. Then one gets in and they age really quickly. Which is always fun to watch.
