    Ban venues for preparing dead pitches.

    Do you think ICC should seriously ban the venue or heavily fine the host country Board for preparing dead pitches. I mean these tracks are killing Test Cricket. Why do host nations even prepare them? Who will benefit? Not the two teams or the spectators or even advertisers.
