    Just been watching some old footage of Brian Close facing Andy Roberts (pre helmet days). He was hit numerous times, never flinched, just carried on playing with a small plaster on his elbow. Was he the hardest man ever to play the game?

    Was watching the England Bangladesh match and they were looking at the pitch for Tuesdays game. It's got a green tinge, but the betting was it wouldn't still be there on Tuesday. We have neutral umpires in international cricket, is it time for neutral groundsman? Bet a neutral wouldn't have...

    Kieswetter and Prior in same team?

    Looks like England are going to play Kieswetter as a specialist batsman in the first game against Bangladesh, with Prior keeping the gloves. Is there any point in this? Might as well give the youngster the gloves and play another specialist batsman.
