    Sky Sports "Cricket"

Get the feeling that the NBA are more progressive in getting their product out there in outposts, even just how liberal they are with social media, people cutting up clips from telecasts etc. to help promote the game. The issue with cricket is that you're negotiating TV rights with separate...

    The class of mid 00's

Took longer to find a batting rhythm in tests than some others - knew the pattern of the game in white ball cricket from very early on. Bit too long opening probably affected his early career too.

    Australian Domestic Off Season 2018

Seems like that's what Australia would do, at least from the SA tour when they picked Holland as back-up spinner, acknowledging that there wouldn't be a time where they'd use two spinners. Makes sense - Agar playing as second spinner as he can contribute more with bat and field. Maybe not the...

https://twitter.com/CricProf/status/1036589130984173569 Does a good job of putting his career in perspective, especially batting in home conditions.

Watching Agar in the ODI series and bowling in T20 for Middlesex, bit concerned about him.

*Official* India Tour of England 2018

Yeah, at the very least Ashwin never lets up pressure when it's not his turn to strike in overseas Tests. Helps build pressure - sometimes you've got to be content with that being your role. I mean, I think he can afford to attack a bit more with Ali at the crease, but he gets his role in the...

*Official* India Tour of England 2018

I'd love to see Ashwin get a couple of overs at Ali concentrating on using his overspin here. As soon as it's quick Ali's front foot stays nice and loose, doesn't over commit. When the ball gets above the eyeline, it braces as he looks to drive and that's when the LBW or catch in front of the...

*Official* India Tour of England 2018

Moeen being saved by the fact he's not moving forward at all - lack of commitment means ball keeps passing the outside edge.
