Christ Dick Hill has aged! Looks about 60.

Thought Laddie from The Lost Boys was brilliant today. Some player.

I am waiting to see Trevor Noah's reaction to this.

A totally random aside, do white South African players only discover barber shops after they retire? I have been following the tournament on Supersport, and their pundits (Jean de Villiers and Schalk Burger) were irrecognizable to me without their golden manes.

A lot of games this tournament where one side has physically dominated the first half but not put the points on, and I think they can’t keep that pace up and will regret not getting the scores. Then they come out 2nd half and just crush. Fitness and replacement quality much higher than they used to be.

Oh man I am not driving today.

Well Well done boys from no hopers to champs in 18 - 24 months, something went in my eye suddenly when Kolisi got the trophy.

Surely Rassie - coach of the year, Boks - team of the year, and maybe Kolbe or Steph Du Toit player of the year.

I am sure there is going to be a movie in this.

    Lol, only Faf

Well done to the Boks on a deserved victory. The game itself wasn't the best and I thought it was poorly officiated and I knew we'd get no favours from Garces and Poite. Having said that, though, I reckon that only affected the margin of victory.

Well done, SA. That was a clinical display of finals rugby and far too much for England to handle, especially in the scrums.

Hard luck, England. Had a great world cup but possibly played their final a week early. Plenty of encouraging signs for the future though, with young guns like Curry and Underhill looking set for great careers.
