Just to clear out if an allrounder is picked and he bats at top 7 then his batting average will be subtracted and if he bats below 7 then his bowling average will be added ?

The 7 best batting averages are subtracted from 150 and the 5 best bowlers' (determined by WPM) averages are added.

Yes it's 120 in this draft (Was 150 in the test version), but otherwise that explanationis correct. No limit on allrounders.
