What happen with the new zealand players i am not watching
they're cheating and hurling balls at batters to intimidate them, that's what

the match is live on youtube, do tune in,

That's ridiculous. By that logic anyone who catches the ball on the run and throws it in the air in celebration while still running (which happens all the time) was not in control of the ball and it wasn't a catch.
Gibbs dropped the world cup in similar fashion

To clarify, by moving I mean he's not in control of his movement. E.g he's unable to stop the ball from touching the ground, or from his person going over the boundary.

With the logic we have of just needing to take the catch, Trent Boult's catch in the world cup final should have counted too. He had the ball under control before hitting the boundary.

Well I think we can all get on board with this interpretation.

You're comparing apples and oranges. The fielder touching the boundary with ball in hand is always counted as a boundary regardless of what happened before it. If the fielder catches the ball and is perfectly still and in control, therefore has taken the catch, but then runs over the boundary, it would still be a boundary not a catch.

Don't use the boundary to try and justify your position because it's a completely different situation.

comms still going on about that catch. It was clearly a drop. I don't see the controversy. I'm disgusted that Jamieson even tried to claim it.

EDIT: cool they ultimately agree with me.
