Got rolled for millionth time on a bowler friendly pitch. Had all bar three players on defensive. Just when I thought I was sorting out tactics for those pitches.

Dwyer will be happy his rookies performed.

First time in a long time I got a better fielding/keeping rating then another team. Experience must play a big role in that as well. Or both our sides can't field, likely cus we can't.

End of over 14 (2 runs) - Otago(56-1) RR 4.00
L. Bailhache 33 (45b) , B. Cotter 5 (11b) , R. Moysey 2-0-4-0

Happy with that so far, flat & hot conditions so doesn't get much worse for the bowlers.

Go Otago.

What a load of ****. Three of my top four on aggressive and not one of them has managed a strike rate of 60 or over on a batsman's paradise against average bowling.

Looking a lot better despite that wicket. Should get that when I bat down to 9 and it's a road.

And now two more wickets as FTP tries once more to contrive a shafting out of an easy chase.

Ended up coming well short of the total we needed but am pretty pleased with the performance as it was always going to be tough because my bowling is terrible and on batting pitches it'll always be a struggle. Some good individual performances anyway so not that bad.

Meh, comparatively how would you rate your bowling against the rest of the championship sides?

Would be interested to know others bowling lineups tbh. Here is my best 5:

Sanadeera(RF): Accomplished-Reasonable
Harshana(LM): Accomplished-Capable
Kuruvilla(RFS): Accomplished-Reliable
Fuard(RFM): Reliable-Reasonable
Indrani(RM): Capable-Average (New Ball Bowler) (Due to pop in both)

Too bad about their experience though.
