Got rolled for millionth time on a bowler friendly pitch. Had all bar three players on defensive. Just when I thought I was sorting out tactics for those pitches.
Dwyer will be happy his rookies performed. End of over 39 (0 runs) - Jaffna Jets(108-10) RR 2.77 C. Deshapriya 11 (18b) , R. Senadeera 9.1-1-29-3

Haha both teams got rolled...
Jaffna Jets won by 10 runs End of over 36 (2 runs) - Zero Pillars and Hero Fillers(98-10). 11 runs required from 14 overs. RR 2.72 RRR 0.79 S. Harshana 2 (18b) , D. Dalpathado 8-0-19-3 Jaffna Jets Zero Pillars and Hero Fillers Batting - Top Order: 5,630 5,081 Batting - Middle Order: 5,791 4,176 Batting - Tail: 2,665 1,536 Bowling - Seam: 5,675 (6) 5,603 (6) Bowling - Spin: 6,367 (4) 5,962 (4) Fielding/Keeping: 4,535 4,093 Overall: 97,043 82,648 First time in a long time I got a better fielding/keeping rating then another team. Experience must play a big role in that as well. Or both our sides can't field, likely cus we can't. |

End of over 14 (2 runs) - Otago(56-1) RR 4.00
L. Bailhache 33 (45b) , B. Cotter 5 (11b) , R. Moysey 2-0-4-0 Happy with that so far, flat & hot conditions so doesn't get much worse for the bowlers.

End of over 22 (3 runs) - Scaly Piscine CC(82-3). 205 runs required from 28 overs. RR 3.73 RRR 7.32
N. George 20 (37b) , A. Yatawara 5 (7b) , B. Gow 1-0-3-0 What a load of ****. Three of my top four on aggressive and not one of them has managed a strike rate of 60 or over on a batsman's paradise against average bowling. |

End of over 43 (11 runs) - Scaly Piscine CC(244-5). 43 runs required from 7 overs. RR 5.67 RRR 6.14
A. Yatawara 80 (72b) , R. Moysey 3 (2b) , B. Gow 7-0-52-1 Looking a lot better despite that wicket. Should get that when I bat down to 9 and it's a road. |

I know you like to whine, but seriously gagf. The only bowler in that attack you could consider average is Morgan as he's reas-reas.

Ended up coming well short of the total we needed but am pretty pleased with the performance as it was always going to be tough because my bowling is terrible and on batting pitches it'll always be a struggle. Some good individual performances anyway so not that bad.

Would be interested to know others bowling lineups tbh. Here is my best 5:
Sanadeera(RF): Accomplished-Reasonable Harshana(LM): Accomplished-Capable Kuruvilla(RFS): Accomplished-Reliable Fuard(RFM): Reliable-Reasonable Indrani(RM): Capable-Average (New Ball Bowler) (Due to pop in both) Too bad about their experience though.
