We all can't invest 5 billion into academies and sit on the transfer market all day like the rest of you geeks (h)

But seriously, when do you usually put players on a fielding net? I've been trying to get my youths to ordinary before they hit twenty. Not sure what to do with seniors tbh.

I just put them on fielding when they hit the primary/tech level im happy with. Alot of my guys are on secondary training right now, but will be back on primary training when they hit the intermediate levels I want from them.

Fair enough. Most of my squad are on ordinary fielding so I might get most of them to avg or reas this season.

Focus has mainly been on power and endurance. Might start to get fielding up a bit more this season. Though would prefer a couple more levels on power over a level or two in fielding. Going to try and get my spinners up to higher levels of fielding and see if it makes a difference. Never noticed a major difference in fielding personally.
