Team (Youth) Jaffna Jets Talents Skilled (Keeping)
Bats Right hand batsman Bowls Right arm Fast medium
Wage $1,200 Rating 20,362
Nationality Sri Lanka Age 17
Form reasonable Fatigue energetic
Experience dreadful Captaincy reasonable
Endurance dreadful Training All-rounder
Batting average Bowling average
Technique ordinary Power poor
Keeping dreadful Fielding poor

How should I train this guy. I really need a couple more fast bowlers, so I leaning towards just bowling.

Personally I'd go all-rounder til their batting pops to reasonable - just so the sublevel isn't wasted if you end up selling them at any point.

Was starting to think about going bowling to start off with, to ensure he makes the starting XI as a specialist bowler. Then transfer to all rounder once he pops to reasonable bowling to make the most of sub levels. Basically what you said in reverse.

Hehe @ Gibbs going ballistic:

End of over 18 (21 runs) - Scaly Piscine CC(202-3) RR 11.22
B. Gibbs 41 (13b) , G. Cottam 15 (9b) , E. Bloomfield 1-0-21-0
17.6 4 Bloomfield to Gibbs : Too full down leg stump and Gibbs helps it on its way with a flick to fine leg.
17.5 6 Bloomfield to Gibbs : Hello and goodbye! Short delivery, and in a flash he swivels and pulls that high and handsome over deep midwicket for maximum.
17.4 4 Bloomfield to Gibbs : Bloomfield bounces him, but down leg, and Gibbs confidently hooks that down to fine leg for four. That's a great cricketing shot.
17.3 4 Bloomfield to Gibbs : Advances down the pitch, converting a yorker into a full toss and dispatching it to the boundary between mid on and mid wicket. Bloomfield gives the batsman a long stare; he's not happy with how that turned out!

17.2 2 Bloomfield to Gibbs : That ball was superbly timed through the covers by Gibbs. Bloomfield shakes his head in disgust as the delivery was not as bad as Gibbs made it look.
17.1 1 Bloomfield to Cottam : Cottam shuffles back and gets a delicate cut past the gully fieldsman. Hopes steams in from 3rd man and cuts off the boundary. An easy single in the end.

End of over 17 (18 runs) - Scaly Piscine CC(181-3) RR 10.65
B. Gibbs 21 (8b) , G. Cottam 14 (8b) , C. Cummins 1-0-18-0
16.6 4 Cummins to Gibbs : Tossed up full, Gibbs takes it and hammers it dead straight, with fierce power, and almost knocks the umpire off his feet. The ball screams down the ground for four.
16.5 4 Cummins to Gibbs : That's come right off the meat of the bat and was so powerful that it went straight through the legs of Hill at cover. That's 4 more to the total.
16.4 4 Cummins to Gibbs : He drifts down the leg side and Gibbs tickles it fine. Very fine.

He's a gun. I don't have much of a budget these days, but I'm going to try and snap him up.

Yes, it means someone is trying to swindle andruid and get a respectable bowler cheaply

haha. I didn't see that. I don't have much of a budget anyway, so it's unlikely that I'd be able to outbid you.
