Not really gun, the technique being crap is a big problem, since technique seems to be almost as important as the primary and takes as long to train. I'd be inclined to sell them when they pop to average bowling as people underestimate technique and so will overestimate your player. The wage isn't too bad tho, so if it takes ages for the bowling to pop then the batting should be highish and you may wanna train that too.
