You don't have to promote at all I don't think, They just don't get any training once they turn 19...

I have a 17 yr old in my Main squad. All the training given to him at that stage i waste?

"When a player in your youth squad celebrates his 19th birthday, he no longer receives any benefit from training until he is promoted to the senior squad, although he is still allowed to play in youth matches until he is promoted."

Probably my best training session ever. My first XI is really starting to come together. Top 5 all reasonable plus. My first capable players as well. Buultjens pop means that de mel drop out of the 1st XI, so we can play an extra batsmen. Also had my back all rounder pop to average bowling to go with his average batting.

Nothing major, although 5 pops is pretty decent.

Got 2 experience pops, on two of my all-rounders so those are nice as experience is used when they bat and bowl. Couple of technique pops, one for an all-rounder and one for my keeper - so again doubly useful. And finally my ordinary-ordinary slogger is up to reliable power.

yer i got a few pops this week. my sides are struggling though, won everything last season and this season going ok but nothing special....i must admit i dont get into pavillion as much as i do battrick.

Most of the regular players here are in now basically. Will do the fixtures later today. Does anyone have a problem starting this Thursday. Wouldn't be a big deal if we have the start the week after. FYI the draw was done using a random number generator, didn't see the point in doing seeding and stuff.

Had a 16yo spinner pop to reasonable bowling. Not sure where I can play him as I like having three seamers. Might play five bowlers and drop Candappa. Also had a back up 18yo ordinary keeper/batsmen pop to ordinary tech. Dud YP.
