Currently in a friendly against sexy sexy Hakon. They're batting first and are 2/19 (4). Got him just where i want him.

So now we have 7.
Smith, what's your team name.
BTW Bob, i would prefer 2 pools of 4. Two top teams of each group go into semis for the cup. The two bottom teams of each group compete for the shield.

Right one more team needed for an 8.

Pool A
Asterix XI - AdamC
caves_beachcc - bugssy
Male Models - EARLOBE
Otago - NZTailender

Pool B
Central Districts - dontcloseyoureyes
Wheelabarrowback - Clapo
The Winners - 33/3from3.3
Zero Pillars and Hero Fillers - Bobisback

I assure you, all teams were assigned to a pool randomly.
edit: missed Bobisback, put him in.

I'll post games in another post for clarity.

When are we starting this?

I've already got a friendly with caves_beachcc on the 18th, so will that count for the cup, or would we play again? I don't have a problem either way.

Bah. Tied a game against an opposition wildly worse than me on ratings. (Wasn't helped by the star allrounder getting himself run out ) They didn't even manage to make five off the rotten bowler's last over either - seems like team innings are made in vacuum and not considering the pitch or other team's score.

Won my friendly against an old nemesis, chased down NorCricket's 244/9 in 49 overs with three wickets to spare.

That's perfect.

Attemtion: All FTP Cup players
Try and make your cup matches as close as you can to the 18th.
So Adam, Bobisback and Smith get your challenge to your opponent in there ASAP. The sooner the better but if you're having trouble just say and you will have to catch up later.
