Not sure if he's worth selling or not, considering he's my best bowler and one of my best batsmen, but 165k is a fair chunk of the 200k starting money. The training system makes it difficult to train allrounders anyway.
I had a bid on him at 150. He would be my best bowler and best batter.

And re: realistic scores. In one of my alpha games, it wasnt realistic at all. I needed like 18 off the last two overs. The second last went for 10 or something, so the target was realistic. Then the last over went . . . . . 1. I was so pissed off.

I'm not gonig to do any trading yet. It is either something that will kill me in the long run, or make me quite strong in the financial department. I like my team, and I'm just going to play out a season, watching the training levels before I make sweeping changes.

Just looking at my team page, seems theres been a training update, and I've had a tonne of pops.

Very happy with my first game. I rested my best player, because I only promoted him yesterday and he had dreadful endurance. So I'm training that at the moment. Is pups a CW team? It sounds familiar.

Male Models 237/7 (20)
Ridgeway 159 (71), Frost 28 (20)

pups_Cmen 167/7 (20)
Ridings 22/3 (4), Close 24/2 (4)

Match Ratings
Male Models pups_Cmen
Batting - Top Order: 3,212 3,514
Batting - Middle Order: 3,109 2,680
Batting - Tail: 2,678 3,148
Bowling - Seam: 2,764 (3) 2,564 (5)
Bowling - Spin: 3,381 (2) 0 (0)
Fielding/Keeping: 3,817 3,443
Overall: 67,457 64,255

Just checked my training, just the one technical pop for one of my all rounders.

Quite sure that'll be Rodgie AKA AussieDominance. Might just be a giant coincidence.

Accepted. Anyone get any good YPs? I went for a batsman and got a dreadful bat. (y)

That's not Rodgie's team btw.

Nice. I'm banking on there being a few capable/reasonable YPs listed on the market as I'll have a bit to spend when Camacho's sale goes through. There's one 17yo reasonable listed already. I want to get at least eight of my starting eleven under the age of twenty, I've got a few good older players but I can't imagine them being useful for too long.

Me too, i guess they'll be better when the academies are.

I promoted a ordinary/average 18YO batsman to the senior team. Straight in to the first XI.

When we have say 8 teams who would be keen for a CW FTP cup. I reckon our teams will all be reasonably matched seeing as we all just started. We could do either 2 pools or a super 8. What do you say?

I wouldn't mind a cup, just to keep a steady flow of friendlies happening while there aren't a lot of teams to challenge.

Why not just have a straight knockout, then when its over start again?
