Think all mine bar Kerr were home-grown. Fielding is pretty decent, they're ordinary average or just over (didn't train it, just my pulls tend to have good fielding).

Yeah mine are all home grown bar Murphy (an imported Scot). My fielding is pretty horrendous all over the board, tbh.

Edit: it's not too bad, actually. Most of them are poor with only one dreadful and a few ordinary.

I spent my money on 17yo's instead :( If I had enough left over I'd beat it the next two seasons, but I don't.

They got higher than you, except it was a friendly.

There's my youth team for next year. Finished 6th in 2.2 this year and will be very lucky to survive next season with this squad. It will be a year of transition as my current 16 year olds will be excellent by the time they're 18.

Was looking at the TM today for the first time in a while. Seems there are a lot of 20yos with decent abilities going for basically nothing. I think at the end of this season when 9 of my youths turn 20 I'll wait a week or two until I list them.

Will have to start selling them mid-season I think, when people buy 19yos to win youth competitions (except that it'll make sweet FA difference with FTP's random bull**** factor).

Also the first Kenya team to go to a World Cup without a single player of mine and they are kicking a*** and taking names :ranting: They are not supposed to be able to live without me!

Not Terrible
First youth game and we set 281 from 40 overs.

They are 269-4 after 39, 13 to win.

39.1 4 ter Horst to Sheehan : A full toss from ter Horst is given what it deserves. Sheehan slams the ball down the pitch and the umpire hops out of its way to the boundary.

39.2 1 W ter Horst to Sheehan : A huge mixup there and Crane is well short of his ground.
J. Crane run out (D. Robinson) 0 (0b 0x4 0x6) SR:

8 needed from 4 balls

39.3 1 ter Horst to Dunstan : ter Horst nips it back from off stump, pinning Dunstan to his crease. The bat comes down in the nick of time and Sheehan is quick to call for the run.

7 from 3

39.4 3 ter Horst to Sheehan : A well placed French cut results in 3 runs.

4 from 2

39.5 2 ter Horst to Dunstan : That's well bowled by ter Horst but an even better shot by Dunstan. Dasgupta dives to his right and gets a hand on it but not enough to stop it. It rolls into the deep for 2 runs. Good cricket all round.

2 from 1, single to tie

39.6 W ter Horst to Dunstan : [runout] Bit full from ter Horst and Dunstan drives and sets off, Johnson dives and stops well before turning and throwing... WHAT A RUNOUT! Direct hit from Johnson has Dunstan short by a foot after diving, collecting and throwing down in one movement... superb!
A. Dunstan run out (R. Johnson) 3 (3b 0x4 0x6) SR:100.00

The Avengers won by 1 run

****ing eh :)

Nice win. I never was able to get into this game as i did with Battrick. Admittedly it is more realistic and a better allround game. Just couldn't get into the game. What time of season is it? Might have another try.
