by the way, i don't really know what i'm doing in this but at the moment my youth squad contains 2 capable batsmen and 8 reasonable batsmen, and 8 reasonable bowlers. Would it be worth selling some of them (especially the 19yos?)

So does the Netherlands.
Medium pacer here too, a South African 17yo poor/poor opener. Fired.

So anyway I've got a free friendly spot for next week, I want to play a 10 bowler a side game - just for something a bit different.
So let me know if anyone's interested, particularly if you've got a decent team. My side will be something like (primaries in brackets): Hogg (reasonable/very high capable RFS) George (capable/average RFS) Moysey (reasonable/average RM) Verco (accomplished/very high poor RWS) Gibbs (capable/capable RFM) Fitzpatrick (reasonable/expert keeping) Reppion (average/reasonable RFS) Gallagher (reasonable/reasonable RF) Weeks (poor/reliable LFM) Duncan (poor/very high reasonable RF) McFarlane (dreadful/reliable RFS) |

21 Aug 2008 Nuwan Ashok Experience reliable accomplished
21 Aug 2008 Dharmapala de Mel Bowling capable reliable 21 Aug 2008 Kumara Sandanayake Endurance ordinary average 21 Aug 2008 Sunil Candappa Technique average reasonable Not too bad considering we have no senior players left. Not sure what to do with De Mel, I guess he provides a 3rd spinner option on spin friendly pitches. Could play him as 2nd spinner as well.
