The first men's semi final had four finishers. GB and Italy were then both disqualified from the second semi for changing over outside the box - Craig Pickering set off what must have been a whole second early. China are in the bloody final, FFS.
The US women then managed to reprise the men's bugger up. Word is the IOC will be making Jamaica run the final three-legged to make it more interesting.
Trinidad and France women then complete the rather long list of strewn batons in the second women's semi. This is worse than English penalty shootouts.
garn Phillips..if he wins whats the betting there will be a massive increase in the brands tv sales
How did Rooney go in the 400?
David Neville's finish in the 400m - brilliant. Full length Klinsmann at the line to nick Bronze. Wonder if it'll catch on?
Wariner screwed that up, agree with Boyle that he went out far to hard.
I see now, 5th. Not terrible, can only get better from here
Need Idowu to win if we're to have any chance of topping the Russians tbh, we still have decent gold prospects in the bmx and canoeing though
Silver for Phillips, Achike can be happy with his performance, Evora no doubt happy as Larry.
