Martina loses 200m silver as US protest upheld


BEIJING (AFP) — Churandy Martina of the Dutch Antilles has been stripped of his Olympic 200m silver medal after the US team's protest that he had run out of his lane was upheld.


Upset about this. If the judges saw the American stepped a millimetre out of his lane, how could they not have seen Martina, in the next lane, do it.

BBC are claiming that Jamaica have won all of the sprint titles. I take issue with this, as I believe the 400m to be a sprint, what does everybody else think?
