Kenya Thread
Ah yes ever the dominant force in Middle and long distance running. the build up has been a bit patchy with a spectacular showing in Osaka at the World Athletics championships coming in between underwhelming efforts at the Cross counrty Worlds in Scotland and the Africa Athletics championshps in Ethiopia.
Strongest prospects are the men's 3000 metre steeplechase. (Can we make it 6 in a row?) 800 metres women (Janeth Jepkosgei) as well as 800m, 1500, 5000 metres and 10000 metres pending we can find someoen to assasinate Bekele.

No chance for Kenya there, have you seen the Sudanese bloke (Kaki Khamis)? Will outrun a train. 3k steeplechase should be Kenyan though. And 1500 men should be exciting stuff on the last lap.
