Not a prayer for T&T. Ato isn't good enough to run the 100 anymore. No slight on his career because he's had an outstanding run, but currently he lacks the accleration and that would work against whatever Brown and Burns might muster. Bronze at best but even that will be tough.

US = Gatlin, Crawford, Greene, Williams.

No one is going to beat that. GB haven't a prayer, either, because none of the sprinters made the final. Bronze at best but even that will be tough.

IMO, the only way the Americans can lose this race is by dropping the baton. The battle for second will be interesting, though.

1.Usa-obviously, might even see a new world record
2.Jamaica-Asafa Powell might have lost in the 100m but can still deliver
3.i don't know. Maybe Britain but the amount of injuries and with no real outstanding sprinter its a long shot

Asafa Powell can't run the relay, having withdrawn from the 200m final.

Nice one Neil

America will win IMO, unless of cause there is the unlikely chance of it going completely wrong (dropping, or injury)
