AFAIK, milk is heated at a high temperature for a while, until it becomes very thick. Then rice grains, washed in water, are added to it. Plus kesar. I'm not sure what it's called in English , but that gives the sweetness to the thing. And dry fruits are added as toppings. It's simply yummy.
    Sounds like rice pudding!

yea i think thats exactly what it is.. although the indian one might have a better distinct flavour if you add in some of their exotic stuff

What's the point in even looking up at the sky? let alone talking about it!! Cannot understand why it is a national obsession...
Mate i seem to do it a lot because i play lot of cricket , and i cant stand the sight of black or slightly greyish clouds ... because i know its gonna affect the game sometime in the day ! And i always have the knack of wanting to predict how and when its going to affect the game..

And the best thing is no power cut off this time. Here, even moderate rain causes a power failure. It seems to have held out today.

LOL, nah, the heat here is frustrating as well. Too much humidity to accompany with it. Believe me, you wouldn't want that.

I want 3 deg C. Haven't ever experienced it here in Baroda. The lowest we reach here is 8-9.

Not non-stop, but I can do with pleasant rain here.

Non-stop would be trouble. College is starting in a few days, and the idea of travelling in Indian trains during heavy rain... **shudders**

Nice day here today in Melbourne. Bright sunshine, clear blue skies and about 15 degrees C.

    Cool, but sunny and bright.

    Nice Weather
