International cricket matches can be quite fun for this stuff. You can find almost any prominent ex-player wandering around the ground at any point. I've met Merv Hughes, Michael Holding and Graham Hick in such circumstances. Also seen Gower and Alec Stewart around cricket grounds.
And come what may we're unstoppable

I have met the Undertaker, HHH, Yokozuna and Razor Ramon too....Undertaker was an ahole. Wouldnt sign our autographs and I thought he was in character until he asked Henry Godwin if he wanted to buy some Pyajamas. This was in Bombay in the mid 90s
I stayed at same hotel in Fiji as Undertaker in late 90s and he couldn’t have been nicer

Spent lots of time playing with kids, etc

Have met Saeed Anwar and Wasim Akram. Didn't really have any chat with wasim.

Did have a few words with Anwar around 2010 (or soon after SRT broke his 194 record). Still remember him saying that if there was anyone who deserved breaking his record, it was Sachin. Nice bloke Anwar.

Also have been in close enough to Imran Khan a few times but never got to talk to him.
And smalishah's avatar is the most classy one by far Jan certainly echoes the sentiments of CW

Yeah we don't crap in the first world; most of us would actually have no idea what that was emanating from Ajmal's backside. Why isn't it roses and rainbows like what happens here? PEWS's retort to Ganeshran on Daemon's picture depicting Ajmal's excreta

    No one. Absolutely no one.

I'm scrabbling around for names here. Hang on, I once attended a talk by Richard Stallman in college, does he count?

I didn't even attend the convocation, I think Abdul Kalam presented the degrees that year. So yeah, no one.

Has anyone been fortunate enough to meet renowned CW poster Kapil Dev, who’s been spraining his own credentials under a pseudonym in the 80s all rounder thread?

Probably Peter Brock. Had my photo taken with him when I was about 12. We didn’t have a pen for his autograph so I borrowed one from Bev Brock.

I had a nice chat with a young Henry Olonga at Cobham Oval when Zimbabwe toured New Zealand in about 1996.

I dropped a 10 rupee note in Imran Khan's car as he drove by. Does that count?

Roman Reigns came to my uni for WWE Raw Live, there were couple of beautiful women wrestlers too, don't remember their names. Haven't met them but saw them quite close as a spectator.

I have shaken the hand of the great man Terry Pratchett on two occassions. Obviously it was in his better days.

Met Jason Aaron in Cape Town, I think they are basing the new Thor movie on his stories he did for Marvel.

Spoke to Daniel Abraham the co-creator of the expanse series.

    Met Lauren Beukes

Had Garth le Roux bowl to me in the nets. I am sure he would have been good enough to play for South Africa

Was out at [insert venue] the other day, talking to a bunch of blokes who really like me, because I'm really popular you know.

Up walks this [insert name of famous woman], says her bloke's away and needs someone to fill in.

I'd not shagged a 25 year old since I was about 45, but thought "yeah let's have a crack at it".

Turns out I performed excellently, like always, should have known tbh.

She told me I did better than blokes half my age. Standard.

Got to head back to the UAE to work now though. Absolute shithole but I earn loads of money. Did I tell you how wealthy my family is?

Anyway, where was I? Oh yeah Zorax doesn't know anything about Hong Kong.
