The nature of time has been debated by great physicists and philosophers throughout the course of history. They're in good company, I reckon.

Some of the old bodybuilding forum posts are legendary. My personal favourite is the story of a guy who goes on a date and craps in his girlfriend's bathtub.

Shame the thread in its original form no longer exists.

I overheard a conversation on a bus once about someone who would go to the gym to do his clothes washing in the showers. I've got visions of him getting washing powder out and hanging up a washing line.

Wow. That's as good as some of the posts on creationist forums, like when some genius figures out the existence of the Sun:

One of the most basic laws in the universe is the Second Law of Thermodynamics. This states that as time goes by, entropy in an environment will increase. Evolution argues differently against a law that is accepted EVERYWHERE BY EVERYONE. Evolution says that we started out simple, and over time became more complex. That just isn't possible: UNLESS there is a giant outside source of energy supplying the Earth with huge amounts of energy. If there were such a source, scientists would certainly know about it.

In fairness, this is actually pretty sound scientific reasoning!

Just, you know, not quite followed through.

They probably confused the amount of time dedicated to workout per day with number of days per week for workout. Like it's a 4 day workout, but on 4th day you only workout half time unlike previous 3 days.
