    Chernobyl- HBO Miniseries

Have to say that this show is right up there with the best in TV history. The depictions. The absolute horror. Seeing the devastion of radiation.

Acting, cinematography, music, score all insanely terrific

It has been on my to-watch list. I might give it a go.

Looks amazing. Can't wait to watch it. And at least it's portraying, you know, actual events rather than causing angst among the Cosplay crowd over which imaginary ****wit in a made up world gets to ride a bloody dragon.

Yep, it's a horrifically brilliant show. Can't wait for the last episode to land.

Do you hate all fiction, or just GOT?

Nah I just can't stand fantasy. It's basically a TV/ literary version of what used to be painted on the side of panel vans in the 70s and 80s. It's just dross to me, for the most part. If you like it, fair enough, but I can't understand the hype around it.

*Yes, I know this isn't a panel van, but the point stands.

I've watched the first couple of episodes, can't say I was blown away or anything, but good stuff.

It is on my list of things to watch although it doesn't sound like I will be laughing much.

True, in this case even copious amounts of nitrous probably couldn't lighten the mood.

Terrific show. Watched all 3 back to back 2 nights ago. Look forward to the future episodes. Solid 9/10 in the early stages.

It's good, but some of the praise thrown its way seems OTT to me. Very well acted, but lays on the portents a wee bit thick.
