Climate Change and Keynesian economics both in the same simple solution. You should get two Nobel prizes for that.

Flood all the world's below-sea-level areas thus lowering sea levels, increasing the area of nice reflective water and in desert areas increasing local evaporation and rainfall. Will involve getting rid of the Netherlands among other places, but the end justifies the means.

Be realistic NZT, that's just going to raise sea levels

But raising sea levels means we get more low level land to flood helping albido even more.

The big surprise however in our findings is the disproportionate impact of smart phones by 2020, and its vertiginous growth from 4% in 2010 to 11% in 2020 in relative terms. In absolute terms, the GHGE emissions of smart phones grew from about 17 MtCO2-e in 2010 to 125 MtCO2-e in 2020, representing a 730% increase in the span of 10 years. This impact is clearly driven by the fact that the production energy makes up 85–95% of its lifecycle annual footprint, driven by the short average useful life of smart phones of 2 years

    Stop using smartphones

Excess water could be gathered in 2 ways
    A rainfall
    B direct

The direct can then be treated and then all water transferred via pipelines to newly constructed underground lakes
The locations ideally places like Africa Australia South America with extreme heat conditions and water shortages

Since increasing population is a very important issue with respect to global warming, and world hunger is also still a problem, I would like to make a modest proposal...
