Seems to me that the cultural difference between England and Scotland is not much different to NSW and Queensland. In fact Queenslanders are a bigger pain in some ways.

Especially if you're wearing blue at Lang Park.
Queenslanders are obviously England in this scenario.

On a side note, the thing I love most about the State of Origin coming to Lang Park is having the chance to hear Advance Australia Fair played on the banjo.

If what Watson said is true, then the media should be addressing this (whether Scotland can't simply jump into EU)

Another issue is, it might be that Scotland is actually happier being with UK than EU.

When Scotland voted remain, they voted UK to remain. But it didn't take into account whether they would prefer to be in UK or EU.

Also the Scots appear to be in EU fairyland at the minute. If Scotland does become an independant state governed by EU law then presumerably a siginificant portion of the 2.15 million 'EU migrants' currently living in England and Wales will head north to Glasgow and Edinburgh.

When the Clan names suddenly become a rarity in large parts of these cities the average Scot will have a big rethink about their decision and demand their own Scexit.

If the Scots can't tolerate the English then they are no price in tolerating other cultural groups.

Where are the jobs coming from for 2m migrants, ****wit?

I don't have a Clan name, nor do the 40% of my fellow Glaswegians who can claim Irish ancestry.

All of the great cities of the world are built on migration ffs.

Lol. So you know that Scotland's dislike for the English isn't based on nothing, right?

That's not it at all. The Scots can't tolerate the English because of English attitudes to other cultural groups.

What I know from Scottish friends and my sister who has been living in Edinburgh and other parts of Scotland the last few years is that they're really, genuinely, multicultural.

I hate 2 types of people. People who are intolerant of other people's cultures, and the Dutch.
