    One of the benefits of working in the city centre was the 10k of spacious canal path I had from door to desk to get me to work and back every day. Kept me in pretty decent shape for a person who treats custard creams like cocaine.

    Probably took me a 1:30-1:45 minutes. Maybe more. Ran full pace for half of it and then slowed down a bit.

    That't not bad. A third of a mile in that time. I can do a mile in under 8 minutes at this present moment.

    Pedometer says I've covered 100 km over the last 6 days, run about 50 of that and walked the remainder.

    Pretty epic effort if I do say so myself.
