    What's your favourite fizzy drink?

Tough call between Dr Pepper and Pepsi Max.

Coke. Though I feel I'm at the stage that I should be avoiding soft drinks where possible.....

Of all the cola drinks, regular Coke is the worst for me*. I mean I go with the diet/Max options because of my ongoing battles with one's waistline but regardless regular Coke I can't get on board with. Hate the way my teeth feel after it. On the flipside, it always liked Pepsi Max's taste, regardless of deliberately seeking a sugar free option.

*brown can caffeine free rightly not acknowledged for consideration in this discussion

For a few years it was Mountain Dew in a bottle, then for many many years after that it was Pepsi in a can, then for a short time Seven Up in a can, and then it was Pepsi in a bottle for another short period. Now for a few years it has been Coke in a bottle.

I always believed that these drinks taste different, or atleast there's some difference in the fizziness depending on whether they come in a can or bottle.

    Yeah, I agree.

Coke is best in the glass bottles, by a long long way.

Canned drinks just taste a bit...sharper, and feel a bit more gassy, in my experience.

Similar observations can be made about bottled/canned beer as well.
