Cheapest computer game purchased?

I was just wondering what is the cheapest computer game you have ever LEGALLY purchased. My one is NBA Live 2001 which I picked up at Game for £0.99. It is proving to be one of my most favourite games for the PC and I am now very reluctant to buy games brand new when they are at their most expensive. How can the same piece of programming code when released on the market have a selling value of £30.00 and then come down to 99p just after 3 years. I was expecting a cut down version of the game but when I installed it was the full, excellent game. NBA Live 2001 is a classic game and I would be prepared to pay £5 for it. I believe that computer game retailers underestimate the niche for out of date PCs such as the one I have. Surely this makes everyone reconsider paying £40.00+ for a computer game. Doesn't it?

God it was probably some second hand game for the Sega Master system....

I bought Half Life last week (general consensus has it that it is the best game of all time) That was £4.99

I bought Jonty Rhodes World Class cricket for ZAR19,99.. cant remember what that equated to in proper money...

Not really, if that logic applied you would just be buying things like Commodore 64's and Sony Walkmans... I guess you could get a '88 Ford Sierra while you were at it

Not cheapest, but for VFM, £22 for CM 03/04 is pretty good.
