I came here to kick ass and chew bubblegum... And I'm all out of bubblegum.
Ah. Wow. A really principled man who stuck to his beliefs through the good times and bad. There aren't many like him left, and even fewer that people listen to.

Heard an interview with him just a couple of weeks ago that he did after his latest diary came out, always a brilliant listen.

    Gone too soon
That rarest of things, a principled politico.

    Vale Tony.

Was really saddened to hear of the Great Man's passing. Here was a bloke who put his Peerage where his mouth was. Whether you agreed with him or not, he was a bloke who remained pretty bloody consistent and principled throughout his days. The world is poorer for his passing.
