    Worst - LAX.
    Best - Denver

Chicago is the worst for on time flights. I've never had a flight out of Chicago be on time. Not once in over 20 occasions.

Really? Never had that happen to me. Coming to Chicago can be a bitch though.
    RIP Craigos

Stansted has just got too busy for the terminal. I remember when it first opened that it was vastly, vastly superior to Gatwick or Heathrow in every way. Open, airy, light, good amenities. I shudder to think how much passenger traffic has increased since the terminal was built in 1991.

According to Wikipedia though (lol) passenger numbers in 1988 were 1.1 million per annum and the new terminal was designed to cope with 15 million. Stansted has exceeded 15m per annum every year since 2002 with nearly 24m passing through in both 2006 and 2007.

On that basis, it's not surprising that it's kinda ****ed these days. But I'll always remember it was the place it was in the early 90s when it was spacious and much less dingy than the other London airports.

Delhi is the worst I've been to. I went alone as a kid once and they didn't stamp my hand baggage because they couldn't find the tag. I was stopped after taking a bus to the plane when an officer realised I didn't have that stamp and was promptly sent back to get a tag and get it stamped. Started bawling when I got lost, and would've missed the flight if not for a group of tourists kind enough to help me out.

To top it all off, when I finally boarded it was only to find that some douche had fallen asleep in my window seat.

And smalishah's avatar is the most classy one by far Jan certainly echoes the sentiments of CW

Yeah we don't crap in the first world; most of us would actually have no idea what that was emanating from Ajmal's backside. Why isn't it roses and rainbows like what happens here? PEWS's retort to Ganeshran on Daemon's picture depicting Ajmal's excreta

Midway airport in Chicago is full of sheisters. You can not find a trolley to push your bag for love or money. But wait I take that back just to your left is a row of 50 baggage guys all trying to get paid $20 for the privilege of pushing your bags.

Tahiti is freaky there are no walls - just a palm tree covered roof. And it was 35 degrees at 2am.

LAX in the 80s really did have religious cults trying to convert anyone who slowed down to give them the time of day.

Proudly against the bring back Bennett movement since he is injury prone and won't last 5 days.

I have lived in Chicago area for 16 years and I have never once flown out of / into Midway. I refuse to do it.

ool the best airport in the world despite having no airbridge, no krispy kreme and no direct flights anywhere good. but when you get off, and walk across the tarmac, feeling the warmth and knowing you're almost home - it's the relief of 14 urgent ****s

Wouldn't 4 of them be - Luton (Bedfordshire), Stansted (Essex), Gatwick (W. Sussex) & Southend (Essex)?
Only Heathrow and City would be even in Greater London
