    The best roasts are the rarer birds.

    Guinea fowl is amazing.

    My favourite is turkey, purely because of the occasion. Plus my mum does the best Christmas dinner.

    There's one in Baulkham Hills, about halfway between the Bowling Club and the Bull and Bush. Overshadowed by the KFC down the hill though and of course the Rib Runner on the other side of town.
