    Moved back to Australia

Just moved back to Sydney after 12 years in the US and I have some questions about figuring out stuff like best Internet options and sport on TV if any locals feel up to answering.

Where I lived in the US my 2 options for internet where DSL and cable but the market looks a lot more cluttered here with quotas being a factor. I took my unlimited data for granted in the US for sure. On the sport side it looks like you need to get Foxtel to be able to see the footy (NRL, AFL and Super rugby)? Not sure if Foxtel is necessary for the cricket but Ive seen them advertising the Ashes from England as being on 9. I think I had pay tv from Optus when I last lived here but they obviously lost out to Foxtel.

what do you mean? You mostly have download limits on internet in australia?
And smalishah's avatar is the most classy one by far Jan certainly echoes the sentiments of CW

Yeah we don't crap in the first world; most of us would actually have no idea what that was emanating from Ajmal's backside. Why isn't it roses and rainbows like what happens here? PEWS's retort to Ganeshran on Daemon's picture depicting Ajmal's excreta

Yeah. My mother was on a 2GB a month quota till I upgraded her to a 100GB for the same cost.

We have internet through telstra and have the bundle that comes with a T-Box, which allows you access to Foxtel channels. A good way to combine bills.
