    Gun. Loved this last year. One thought though, by doing nominations in secret, do we not run the risk of good members not getting nominated? I mean, say the same 10 people get nominated by everyone, then you may not even fill up the quota of nominations required. I'd be interested to know what the current nomination standings are before I do mine for instance.

    I should think if it's been going a while and he's not got enough nominations he'll just post an updated list and ask for a few more. And there's no limit to how many you can nominate afaic.
